Portable spray booth

Portable Spray Booths from Garrandale are specifically designed for local paint repairs on the exterior side profiles of Rail vehicles and as such have a highly flexible adjustment range in both vehicle profile and height.

Our spray booth equipment:

• Are manufactured from steel and aluminium
• Give a working envelope 3m long covering the full height of the vehicle side and 1.25m wide
• Have additional mass built in to the base of the structure to aid stability
• Have a base mounted on 4 jacking casters for ease of transportation and height adjustment

• Utilise jacking casters combined with 2 retractable outriggers for increased stability
• Feature portable Horizon extraction and filtration units incorporating both particle and odour filters to reduce emissions
• Can be used with an optional poly-tube to duct the fumes outside
• A vehicle body seal achieved by a low pressure inflating hose
• Connections for personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Integrated air connectors for the spray gun and any other air powered tools which may be required
• Flameproof lighting
